Here at NCWRentals.com we are working to provide an advertising environment for the property owner, along with an easy access informational experience for the people looking for property to rent.

Advertising with NCWRentals.com may be a new way of searching for renters or researching for a place to rent, and is more time efficient and has the potential to reach thousands of Internet users.

If you are interested in advertising on this site your single family home or duplex can be placed on it's own page for a $20 fee.  If you want to advertise a multi-unit property please e-mail rentals@ncwrentals.com for more information.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to place your property on the Internet for people all over the north central Wisconsin area to view at their leisure, seven days and nights a week.

If you already have a web site and would like your URL address listed with us please fill out the form at the top of the page and we will post your address on our recreational property page.  

If you are interested please do one of the following:
  • Download the appropriate Information Form (located at the top of this page). Mail the filled out form along with any photographs and payment to NCWRentals, 2212 W. Wausau Ave, Wausau, WI 54401.
  • Fill out the form and submit it.  Send us an e-mail with your pictures in .JPG format to rentals@ncwrentals.com.   Please keep file size limited to 50Kb and name your files with the street name followed by the street number. (EX: Main123.jpg) 
  • Contact us at 715-842-5879 with additional questions or for a copy of the appropriate informational form.

Once we have your information and payment, we will build your web page on the NCWRentals.com site with in two days. Please keep us posted on the status of your rental and recreational property so we can maintain your page with the most current and up to date information.

By sending your payment and information to NCWRentals.com you agree that NCWRentals.com is a listing service only.  NCWRentals.com is not associated with any real estate agency or any other institutions that may be involved in any management services for rental properties.  All information listed is done so in good faith based on information provided by the owners or managers of the property listed.
